Dispatcher (m/f) - Zagreb

Job description: We are looking for a motivated person for the position of dispatcher in our logistics center in Zagreb. The dispatcher is responsible for efficient coordination of the collection, delivery and administration of the recipient. Key responsibilities include dispatching collected packages, coordinating subsequent delivery attempts, managing situations of undelivered packages, and preparing documentation for couriers.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatching of collected parcels
• Coordination of subsequent delivery attempts in accordance with procedures
• Coordination in case of undelivered parcels (no delivery, accident, etc.)
• Preparation of documentation for the courier (pickup lists, delivery lists)
• Administration and storage in the center
• Coordination of direct pickups or deliveries in the center
• Communication with Customer Service
• Control of undelivered parcels
• Control of the courier's documentation
• Administrative tasks

Professional qualification:

Secondary vocational education, Advanced vocational education, High vocational education

Experience:

1-3 years

Languages:

English (speech level - basic, writing level - basic)

Driver's license:

B

Vještine:

Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, MS Office

Type of employment:

For a certain period of time, Permanent employment, Work in shifts
