Simple and fast digital payments for an improved customer experience

Overseas Express has introduced a digital payment option for all customers to enhance the overall customer experience and further optimize delivery processes. Digital payment via a secure real-time online credit card authorization system offers a wide range of services and benefits, and paying upon parcel delivery has never been faster or easier. From now on, customers can choose the payment option that suits them best. In addition to cash on delivery, one-time online payments are now available with Mastercard®, Maestro®, and Visa® cards, as well as through digital wallets Aircash and KEKS Pay.

How does digital payment work?

The recipient of an OEX shipment will receive a delivery notification and a link to complete the payment immediately or before our courier arrives. Payment can be made using one of the following cards: Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa.

If the recipient chooses to pay via the digital system, the courier will automatically receive confirmation of payment on the scanner, making the delivery process faster and simpler. The recipient can also opt for digital payment at the time of delivery and use the digital wallets AIRCASH or KEKS Pay.
