Check the seller's reputation

Check seller's details if possible. Always look for first and last name. Try to find a person on the Internet. Compare the information provided by the seller for payment with the information provided in the ad. If the information differs, contact the seller by phone and try to find out why.
Find out about product features
Find out as much as you can about the product you are buying. Take the opportunity in a phone conversation and find out what is possible via email. Ask the seller to send you a better photo or more of them to get a more accurate picture of the product and so that your expectations do not differ from the product the seller sends you. Ask him to describe the color, texture, content, size, capacity and anything else you might be interested in about the product to make sure you know what kind of product you are buying.
Ask for an invoice, warranty and service option
When buying a new product, ask for a guarantee and, if possible, an invoice. The warranty is given with all technical products, so if you buy such a product online, ask for the corresponding warranty. If the seller does not have a warranty and cannot send you an invoice, ask why. Maybe the product is not new or the seller himself did not acquire it legally.
