Logistic progress and technological solutions under the leadership of new directors

Overseas Express, a global leader in logistics solutions, announces exciting changes under the leadership of the new directors, Marko Jelenac and Martina Marojević. These experienced experts bring fresh perspectives and ambitious plans to the company, which has been successfully operating in Croatia for 28 years and is part of the strong Austrian Post group.

Marojević and Jelenc took over the leadership of the company with a clear vision: to improve logistics processes and ensure faster and more efficient delivery. One of the key improvements coming to us from Overseas Express is the introduction of a new automated lane that will speed up the sorting process of smaller packages in the B2C delivery segment. This technologically advanced tape brings with it faster sorting, significantly facilitating the operational processes of the team. The tape, in addition to speeding up manipulation processes, will reduce the possibility of errors, contributing to greater precision and reliability in package delivery.

The dense network of Parcel shops is also a key component of the new changes. Overseas Express plans to expand its presence through a large number of Parcel shop's location, which will provide clients with easy access to package delivery and pick-up services. The OEX Parcel shop network will provide additional flexibility to clients, adapting to their needs and schedule.

One of the most exciting aspects of the Overseas Express announcement is the parcel machine project, which is expected to begin in the first half of 2024. These innovative devices will enable clients to pick up packages on their own in a practical and safe way. Parcel machines will be placed at key locations, making it easier for users to pick up their orders quickly without having to wait for a delivery person.
